Lock and Shop

  • With a 91-day lock period, buyers can shop in peace for your ideal home.
  • When buyers close with Wyndham, the program fee is refunded.
  • Buyers under contract at 91 days can easily get an extension for 70 to 150 days or 151 – 182 days.

On-Time Closing Guarantee

One of the most stressful parts of home buying is closing the loan. That’s why we offer an on-time closing guarantee. If your loan doesn’t close on time, you get a credit of up to $5,000 toward the closing costs.

Fully-Underwritten Pre-Approval

Our beyond-normal pre-approval gives buyers the edge they need to make a stand-out offer on their ideal home. We’ll verify income, credit and employment then have an underwriter provide an initial stamp of approval so the seller knows you’re serious, able and ready to buy.
