Monthly Recap: New Records and Steady Growth

Taking a look back is beneficial in many ways. Not only does it allow for insight and information on the results of what you’ve been doing, but it also gives a chance to celebrate and highlight the successes you’ve had. Wyndham Capital has had a lot of success to celebrate lately, and that didn’t stop in June.

In this edition of our Monthly Recap, we’ll highlight some of the facts and figures from June that stand out and reaffirm the impact of our processes and people:

  • The high-water mark keeps getting higher when it comes to total units funded per month. In June, for the third-straight month, Wyndham Capital set a new company record in this category, funding 1,308 loans, exceeding the 1,300-unit mark for the first time in the record-breaking effort. 
  • This month also marked the surpassing of a milestone, which includes Wyndham’s overall company history. After June’s numbers are included, we have now funded over $19 billion in volume since our founding. 
  • One of the hallmarks of this success, and a driving force to the continued increase in production, is Wyndham’s efficiency in our processes. A true testament to the scalability of this production is that in June, Wyndham produced almost four units per employee – substantially above the industry average. That efficiency was achieved even as Wyndham added 44 new team members in June, across the organization.
  • How can Wyndham be so efficient and still break total unit records? Well, through our robotics, AI and technology-driven processes, we saved over 3,000 employee hours. That means that 3,000 more hours were freed up to dedicate toward providing best-in-class service and passed along through no hidden fees and incredible rate offerings.

While these numbers are worth celebrating and are sources of pride for everyone at Wyndham, they only represent the beginning of what is sure to be a continuously bright future.
